The platform's decent. It does what it’s supposed to do. But man, the customer service is just terrible. I noticed that my account got charged after I was done using the platform, my fault there. Still, I quickly canceled my account and asked for a refund the same day I was billed. They wouldn’t give me my money back. Thankfully, the bank sorted it out for me.

Their reply is proof enough for me to steer clear of them, in my opinion.

The interface is straightforward and nicely crafted, offering a bunch of handy options. I really liked how easy it was to get in touch with customer support, and they were super helpful with my inquiries and suggestions for features. Can't wait to check out the new stuff coming down the line!
